Summer Cold?
My great – grandma was a medicine woman, a herbalist. I never met her
but my granny still remembers how it felt as a little girl in 1920s England
being teased that her mummy was a witch.
What a convenient way to dismiss such power!
Anyway, one of many amazing tips I have inherited from my great
granny is the use of a flower in capsule form.
I am not kidding, this is the most powerful plant and stops sniffles
dead in their tracks! So…the minute you feel a blocked nose or head cold
coming on get online or down to the health store and order some
Pelargonium.
It is a wonder plant! From a wonder woman… My great granny! x
